Many women reach a crossroads when they begin having children. The question that is often asked is whether to stay at home or continue working outside the home?
Although some would disagree on both sides of the issue, neither is right or wrong. Instead, I believe God has a unique calling and purpose for each woman.
The woman affirmed in Proverbs 31 was acclaimed for being a great homemaker and for being an industrious businessperson as well.
Verse 31 says, “Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.”
Mothers have noble and busy work at home, but so do those women called to bless the business community with their talents as well. There is nobility in both.
