As sexual harassment claims pile up, people previously assaulted now have more courage to speak up. Which also brings more risk that false accusations can ruin someone’s career.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission defines sexual harassment in part as, “Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.” The subjectivity of sexual harassment can bring great confusion and harm.

1 Corinthians 6:18 teaches, “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.”

Our bodies are a temple to God and need to be protected. Personally, we need to establish clear boundaries for ourselves and find someone to hold us accountable. It might save you from a lawsuit.
