One of my most challenging faith struggles is hiring a new employee when cashflow is uncertain. That’s when I struggle knowing if I’m taking a step of faith or making a stupid decision.
When I examine the large steps of faith taken by many in the Bible, it seems that the key is knowing what God is asking you to do.
Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
God’s ways are unconventional, requiring us to seek God and aligning our mind with God’s will. Then God will make your pathway and next steps of faith clear.
