Recently a podcast host asked me this question, “What are some obstacles that hinder business leaders from integrating their faith and work?” My first answer was, “fear.”

The fear of being sued or being disliked by others, causes many leaders to hide their faith so well that they would never be convicted in a courtroom of being a Christian.

The law is on our side and permits individuals the freedom to live out our faith in the workplace, if we treat others with respect.

1 Peter 3:15 teaches, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”

Be bold in your faith, but always be gentle and kind.
