I meet people who insist God told them to make some business decision. But their lives show very little fruit.
We don’t always understand our motives. Our desires can blind us from seeing reality. Yet, God wants good for us, often more than we want for ourselves. Wrong motives produce wrong outcomes, often at a high price of time, money, and wounded relationships.
People may be pure in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their motives. Proverbs 3:15
