A windstorm destroyed an entire wall of our deck. Kathy was adamant we needed to hire Christy’s company to build a new one.

After contracting with Christy, I was concerned to learn that Christy’s husband recently had a major health event. Christy’s husband and his associate were supposed to perform the labor.

But I quickly learned that Christy, a vigorous lady in her 50s, was both brains and brawn.  Christy arrived at 6:30 each morning and finished after 6 at night. Christy and her associate’s diligence and excellence were truly stunning.

Proverbs 13:4 teaches, “The slacker craves, yet has nothing, but the diligent is fully satisfied.”

As a cheerleader for small business, I love it when I witness excellence and diligence in business. How would your customers rate your company’s diligence?
