Like many organizations, we subscribe to multiple software services. Recently, our team was researching a variety of competing software providers to determine the best application for our purposes.
When I research these provider’s websites, I may gain some insight, but it’s limited. I’ve discovered that the software review websites like Capterra or Software Reviews give me a different and often times better perspective.
Their star ratings are helpful, but what I find most useful is the testimonials written by users. These testimonials often address specific features of the software that I need to know.
Proverbs 27:2 teaches, “Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth; an outsider, and not your own lips.”
If you want your prospects to buy your product, detailed customer testimonials can be extremely valuable.
