As a new father, I found it difficult to consume five hours of family time just to play golf. Twin brothers, Steve and Dave Jolliffe, from the UK, also noted these barriers to golf.

They also realized that new microchip technology could make golf more interesting. In 1997, they courageously launched TopGolf to address these issues.

For twelve years the business struggled to get much traction. But then some creative investors helped TopGolf continuously improve into an entertainment business and far exceeding expectations.

In Revelation 21:2, John said, “I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.”

Just as God is about continuous improvement, work to continuously improve your business model, and profitability, as well.
