God charged the Levites with caring for the tabernacle. But to avoid confusion, He clearly defined individual duties for the different tribes of Levites.
God was specific in Numbers 3:36 when He commanded, “ Now the appointed duties of the sons of Merari involved the frames of the tabernacle, its bars, its pillars, its sockets, all its equipment, and the service concerning them.”
Sometimes in business, job descriptions are so loosely defined that it’s hard to determine where one person’s role stops and another person’s role starts. Do your team a favor and clarify the important responsibilities for each role.
