Recently, Kathy and I hired a company to do some work on our home. We interviewed multiple Christian led companies and chose the one who had the best reviews and who we thought was most likely to adhere to God’s standards.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the outcome.
We tend to hope that if Christians are working for the Lord that we will have an excellent customer experience. Unfortunately, we are all flawed.
In Romans 7:18, Paul says, “For I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my flesh. For the desire to do what is good is with me, but there is no ability to do it.”
We should hope for better from followers of Jesus, but expect that the flesh may get in the way.
