For years I’ve observed an organization that is led by a very dominant figure. Their culture seems legalistic and the employees operate out of fear.
Anyone who violates a rule suffers severe consequences or is terminated. What’s disappointing is that the organization is led by a self-proclaimed Christian, yet grace is rarely seen.
It’s no coincidence that Jesus came to earth during the time Pharisees were leading the Jewish people. Their legalistic ruling style had hardened the hearts of many against God. The people needed to see God’s true nature.
John 1:17 says, “For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.”
Jesus brought grace and truth to earth. As followers of Jesus, let’s bring grace and truth to our workplaces in His honor.
