In this series, we’re looking at a framework as an answer to the question “How do I involve God in my business?” The foundation is loving God and loving neighbors, and we’ve described the first level of the framework as operating according to Biblical values and principles.
A second level business has an explicitly Godly mission. Whatever industry you are in, you declare to the world that you are doing it for God’s glory.
Proverbs 3:6 promises, “In all your ways acknowledge him, and He will make straight your paths.”
A level 1 business operating Biblically can be just as Godly as a level 2 business. In fact, if you name God in your mission and don’t act by biblical principles, you will dishonor God’s name, so act with care.
