January is a time when many businesses are in transition. Some businesses have been sold. Others have new leaders or new plans.

The book of Acts opens with a dramatic transition taking place. Jesus was captured, crucified, resurrected, and the disciples watched as Jesus, their leader, ascended to heaven.

Yet, the disciples found a way to move forward that resulted in billions of Christians.

In this series, we’re going to identify five keys in how the disciples effectively made the transition. The first key is corporate prayer.

Acts 1:14 says, “All these were continually devoting themselves with one mind to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.”

If your organization is in a transition, personal and corporate prayer is crucial.
