Beverly Jenkins is a Pastor and Co-Founder of Refuge and Restoration Church as well as a Co-Founder of BIMR (Building Intimacy Marriage Retreats). She is responsible for strategic planning, organizational development, leadership development, & vision casting. She is adept at breaking barriers & inventive thinking.  Beverly has trained and leads a staff of over 35 ministers, & a team of 15 executive leaders. She loves cultivating and empowering people. Her greatest successes are in motivating others to find their personal value proposition & go to after their God given dreams.
