Integrity Coach Keynotes & Workshops

Walking with Integrity

What does integrity look like in the workplace? Is it simply a code of conduct we observe? Or is there a deeper meaning, a spiritual truth found in this often misunderstood word?

Building an Ethical Business—God’s Way

How do we create a culture that exemplifies and rewards integrity in ourselves as leaders, our employees, your culture, and in our business relationships?

God as CEO

Does God care how you run your business? Does it matter to Him what your goals are, how you treat your employees, or if you’ve prepared for the future?

FIRE in the Workplace

In this workshop, Rick exhorts Christians to model their work lives on biblical principles; not just for the promise of prosperity, but to honor and glorify God.

Five Traits of a Courageous Leader

What prevents you from being a courageous leader? In this talk Rick identifies and provides practical insights on five traits needed to be the courageous leader others will desire to follow.

Building High Trust Relationships

Using the acronym TRUST, Rick creatively uses the story of Jesus calling His first disciples to identify five ways that Jesus modeled in building relationships with so much trust that His disciples willingly gave up all that they owned to follow Jesus.

Maximizing Your Calling

Rick will dash many flawed views held about work, give you pointers on how to determine your God given calling, and how to maximize that calling in a way that pleases and honors God.

Integrity Resource Center

In 1995 Rick founded a consulting and training organization known as Integrity Management that evolved into Resource Center, a nonprofit which exists for “building integrity and faith at work.” Integrity Resource Center broadcasts Rick’s daily radio program and also publishes Integrity Moments, a daily devotional encouraging and equipping those desiring to live out their faith in their work environment.  In addition, they host local and regional events across the country.
