In Arthur Brooks’ book, From Strength to Strength, he references a study that discovered that 70% of workers say that the most important element to a happy work life is friendships at work
However, 82% of all businesses in America are now led by solo entrepreneurs, with little opportunity to make or have friends at work. That can make work a very lonely place for many.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 teaches, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”
Starting a business usually requires being alone, but as soon as possible, I encourage you to look for someone to hire.
