Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx

The modern workplace often puts a premium on individual performance. Organizations build infrastructure to hire people with the talents and skills they need to succeed. Employee performance evaluations tend to focus on individuals’ accomplishments toward the organization’s goals.
But concluding his letter to the Romans, Paul lists by name more than two dozen people to whom he sends personal greetings or makes mention of their work for the church. His comments about Priscilla and Aquila are an example: “They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.” (Romans 16:4)
As tempting as it may be to act alone, consider how your work and God’s glory are magnified when you join with others in the mission.
