Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx

After twenty years in vocational ministry, Kathy and I have a habit of forewarning new hires at UBN to expect trouble. The enemy doesn’t want our ministry to succeed.
It’s not uncommon to watch new employees experience significant challenges. Challenges may be health related, household appliances breaking, or event persecution.
One of our employees recently shared that it was helpful to have been forewarned. When the troubles came, she found it easier to persevere through the storm.
In 1 Peter 4:12, Peter wrote, “Dear friends, don’t be surprised when the fiery ordeal comes among you to test you, as if something unusual were happening to you. Instead, rejoice as you share in the sufferings of Christ.”
If you are doing significant Kingdom work, be prepared to be tested and persevere.
