Recently, I ordered some sleeping equipment. A friend of mine had ordered similar equipment from a large bureaucratic organization.
My friend felt that because he went with a large organization his experiences resulted in being impersonal and inflexible. I decided on using a locally owned business instead and I’m glad I did.
This local medical equipment store was friendly, efficient, and quickly processed my request with excellence. I felt cherished as a customer.
1 Thessalonians 3:12 says, “May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you.”
I’m a fan of small businesses because of their flexibility to be loving and more personal than many large organizations.
May your customers feel loved by each member of your team!
