Rochester Drug distributes drugs to pharmacies. Distributors typically serve their customers well by providing whatever legal products the customer requests.

If this test case holds up, CEOs will become responsible for being a moral conscience of sorts for their customers, telling customers “No” when they exceed reasonable limits.

As followers of Christ, we should place people over profits, but it can be difficult to determine where to draw the line. Consider carefully your responsibility to your community versus your shareholders.
