Movie producer and actor, Stephen Kendrick, was an inspiration to me recently. Stephen shared that when he and his brothers began working with Sony as their movie distributor, they asked to begin their meetings in prayer.
At first, it was awkward for these Sony executives. But when these executives began to see God answer the Kendrick Brothers’ prayers, things changed.
Eventually, Sony sent meeting agendas with prayer at the top of the agenda. Over time, the Sony executives were so moved by seeing God consistently answer prayer, that they themselves began calling the Kendrick Brothers for prayer when they faced major challenges!
Colossians 4:2 says, “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.”
