While Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts have swept corporate America recently, religion is often overlooked. Brian Grim, Religious Freedom and Business Foundation’s CEO, recently said in a washingtoninformer.com article, “As companies find all diversity helpful, even to their bottom lines, the same can be found with making faith a part of corporate DEI.”
Faith oriented groups are becoming more common in many company’s DEI efforts, allowing employees to bring their whole self to work.
Hebrews 4:14 says, “Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.”
If you feel your faith is being undermined in your workplace, see if your organization has considered offering a Christian employee resource group.
