Our habits dictate our effectiveness or ineffectiveness. Our ruts can be productive, provided they are the right habits. When workplace habits become layers of bureaucracy and the only answer for why is, “Because that’s how we’ve always done it,” that’s when there’s a problem.
Isaiah 3:10 teaches, “Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, for they will eat the fruit of their actions.”
