Peter used to exhaust every option for keeping a troublesome employee. That is until a team of employees approached Peter about a problem employee.
Peter had refused to fire this troubling employee, harming the entire team. Peter suddenly realized that he was tending to a garden of beautiful flowers that had a weed in their midst.
From that point forward, Peter realized that he needed to pull the weeds as soon as possible, rather than allow the garden’s beauty to be crowded out.
