Teamwork is an important aspect of growing organizations. An article by Sandler Training states, “Tackling obstacles and creating notable work together makes team members feel fulfilled.” Teamwork builds camaraderie around achieving a common goal.
The possible rewards from teamwork are vast. Job fulfillment and satisfaction for the employees and a greater level of loyalty for the company provides the ultimate reward of retaining key, critical team members.
The Bible supports this notion in Ecclesiastes 4:9, “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor.”
The Bible reminds us that a project done in isolation will not see as great a reward. Utilize teamwork to build depth to projects, to gain deeper commitment to projects and to let employees shine in their collaborative efforts.
