The person stepping into the new role may have big shoes to fill and may be overwhelmed by the level or quality of work from the incumbent.
1 Kings 3:7 says, “Now O Lord, My God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David, and I am still a little child and do not know how to go out or come in.”
