Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
A recent article by the US Chamber of Commerce states, “Getting customer communications right is critical to your business’s success in a post-pandemic world, as consumers are looking for businesses that make them feel safe and secure.”
Having a communication plan that includes knowing what to communicate, and how to communicate and what the communication flow will look like is essential to bringing customers back. Hours of operation displayed with clarity and in multiple locations is an obvious but essential message.
Proverbs 25:11 says, “A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.”
How a message is communicated is an instrumental factor in customers’ comfort level returning to businesses. Keeping critical information up to date and available in multiple locations will help customers transition.
