I understand many employers may lean towards hiring those who look younger for technology jobs. But it’s a shame that our culture sometimes undervalues the wisdom that comes from years of experience.
In Job 12:12, Job said, “Is not wisdom found among the aged? Does not long life bring understanding?”
Youth may at times have more knowledge about the latest technology, but years of experience and long life bring critical wisdom and understanding.
