As many businesses rebuild from the pandemic, some may be looking for new talented leaders. In Deuteronomy 1:13, God told Moses to select wise, discerning and experienced leaders.
The final attribute we’re discussing in our series is experienced. The original Hebrew word discusses those who are known or recognized or are respected for their experience and skills.
It reflects well on your business when you select a leader who is respected or known for their industry experience. Proverbs 31 describes a very industrious, experienced and respected woman.
She was so respected that in Proverbs 31:23, we read, “Her husband is known in the gates, when he sits among the elders of the land.”
Wouldn’t you like your business to be known for the experience and respect of the leaders you hire?
