An article by Small Business Trends claims, “a bit more than half of all startups actually survives to their fourth year.” With this staggering statistic, it is no wonder that the initial years of a start up business can feel like a drought financially, emotionally and spiritually.

A season of financial drought can mask the fruit that is growing in other areas of life.

Jeremiah 17: 7-8 says, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord…He will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit.”

In the years when profits are in a season of drought, trust God to lead you and to sustain the business, and trust that He continues to produce fruit in your life.
