Organizational health is the framework many business coaches use to help optimize all the functional areas of business.

The parts of the body can be used as a tool to demonstrate a healthy organization. The heart represents (core values & mission), the head (innovation & development), the hands (processes & systems) and feet (sales & marketing).

Ephesians 4:16 says, “Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”

When all parts of the body or the organization work together properly, growth and a satisfying work environment are the results. Assessing and improving organizational health provides opportunity to impact the community at large.
