Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
My friend, Rob, recently spoke on three primary ways that businesses can honor God. In this series, we are addressing these three methods.
The second method to honor God is by being people-driven. Sadly, some business leaders treat others like a commodity to be used for selfish ambition.
However, a kingdom-focused business, needs to realize that God has entrusted our team to us like shepherds tending their sheep.
As stewards of others, we ought to tend to their wholistic needs. This may include generous benefits, hiring chaplains, or encouraging their talents to be used more effectively.
Psalm 78:72 says about the great shepherd David, “David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.”
A kingdom-focused business leader will shepherd their team with integrity and skill.
