Business consultant Phil Clemmentis says, “Business owners needed a way to get advice that was set up in a way that they could understand and implement. Advice that cannot be implemented is worthless.”

Often, business owners and employees attend training sessions and walk away with grandiose ideas but no implementation plan. The implementation plan is where the rubber meets the road, where change happens and improvements become possible.

Proverbs 14:23 says, “In all toil there is profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”

When seeking training or consulting services it is critical to walk away with a plan to implement the new knowledge and wisdom. Be cautious of training for training sake and consulting for consulting sake. Wisdom is only true wisdom if it is able to be implemented.
