In 2001, I owned a consulting practice that worked with about 30 clients a year. Then God began revealing a plan for me to start this nonprofit.
As I fasted, prayed and journaled, God gave me a vision of equipping 100,000 leaders through the internet, events, and radio. This seemed impossible.
I knew little about the internet, I had never hosted an event, and I had no radio program. It would require a big God!
This October, we surpassed 100,000 leaders being equipped through this ministry, far earlier than expected!
Ephesians 3:20 says, “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.”
