When I left banking to begin helping business leaders integrate their faith into their business life, I received a letter from a business colleague.
His letter basically said, “Rick, you’re a fool. Your idea is crazy, and your family will starve. Stop before it’s too late.”
Many years later, that colleague apologized and commended the faith it took to launch this ministry.
Hebrews 11:6 teaches, “Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
There is a fine line between faith and foolishness. If it had been my dream, without God’s guidance, my decision would have been foolish. But with God, no dream is too big, especially when done in faith.
