Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
How many meetings have ended with the team departing full of great intentions to move a project forward, to follow-up with a customer or to complete the action item lists? Too often a week goes by and not one item can be checked off as completed.
James 2:17 says, “In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
In meetings we place our faith on those sitting around the table to get something actionable completed. When no action or progress is made, the project dies. As a business leader, follow-up is always a top priority. Follow-up ensures progress.
This week consider adding action item follow-up appointments to your calendar to sustain traction and keep your projects alive.
