Successful entrepreneurs recognize their weaknesses and gaps, look for partners that can fill those gaps, and negotiate to get what they need in a win/win approach. You might call this “humility,” but the Bible gives a more complete picture of how believers are to practice humility.
Micah 6:8 tells us, “And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”
Unconventional entrepreneurs pursue humility paired with right motives and attitudes. We see partnerships as a bond that can strengthen both parties, motivated by love for our neighbor and a desire to honor God.
