In the book of Acts, the disciples were faced with a significant transition in their ministry. Following Jesus’ departure, Peter led his team in prayer, filled their leadership gaps, rallied people around the vision and built a close-knit, well-trained community.
The time had come for Peter to personally execute the 5th key in organizational transitions by implementing the plan Jesus intended.
In Acts 3:6, we read that Peter said to a lame man, “I do not have silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, walk!”
Just like Peter modeled, you must begin implementing your plan.
If your organization is in transition, prepare your team, but also begin implementing the plan. Your team needs an example to follow.
