Knowing the pace your revenue grows from year to year is critical in assessing how well your customers appreciate your products. Unfortunately, some pursue more sales in a greedy and unethical manner.
A former co-worker of mine is facing 20 years in prison for allegedly defrauding Medicare and Medicaid. He hopefully has since learned that pursuing increased sales in a deceptive manner is not worth the risk.
Proverbs 14:8 teaches, “The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deception.”
To be financially successful you need to track your revenue growth, but using deception as your means for growth is foolish and risky.
