1 Timothy 5:8 teaches, “Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
A caring Shepherd treats their team as family and addresses helpful strategies in their ministry plan. This can take shape like hiring chaplains, establishing generous health care plans, or sometimes celebrating a wedding or graduation.
