After being involved in a wreck, my car spent a month in a body shop. This wasn’t as frustrating as I imagined because this body shop has learned a valuable tool in customer service – communication.
Two to three times a week, I would receive a text message or a personal phone call with an update on my car. They would tell me the expected date my car would be completed, and what progress they had made so far.
Their constant communication built trust with me.
In Matthew 7:12 Jesus taught, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.”
If you treat others the way you would want to be treated, it’s likely you will constantly communicate.
