I’ve never had an opportunity to work for a company that puts their culture and workers first. I’m willing to pay more to fly Southwest because in the end, they cost less:
- Free bags.
- Friendly people.
- Comfortable planes.
- No charge for making changes.
- If there’s a problem I believe they will resolve it with excellence.
- They’ve never had a plane crash.
They start with love and finish with performance. Airlines must be on time and safe.
Just a few simple strategic activities.
How is it they put culture first, are America’s most loved airlines, and show a profit every year?
Just like Luke said in 6:31, “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”
What would it be like to work for them? To learn from them?
