While staying at my parent’s home, I was awakened by a bird at the bedroom window. For over an hour this bird pecked on the window and flew up and down trying to find a way in.
Repeatedly, this bird tried to enter, never realizing the futility of its efforts. Some entrepreneurs are like this relentless bird.
Persistence is admirable, but there’s a time when failure is inevitable; a time when you’re fighting against God’s will.
Ecclesiastes 3 says, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to search and a time to give up.”
If you’ve experienced constant failure, it’s time to prayerfully ask God if you’re fighting against His will.
