At a Christian business conference an entrepreneur asked the panel of leaders, “Isn’t it better for me to forgo tithing right now to grow the business faster? Then I’ll be able to give even more later.”
It seemed that this entrepreneur believed he could get a better return on the company’s money than God can.
In Malachi 3:10, God said, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
If God blesses you with rapid growth, He can bless you with even more if you honor Him with your tithes first.
