Someone recently asked Kathy why prayer is so important to her.
When Kathy had breast cancer three decades ago, dozens of people showed up at our house during a blizzard to pray. The next morning, the hospital filled with people praying for her surgery.
Kathy realized, through prayer, that God loved her, healed her, and now she desires to spread that love.
In Colossians 1:3, Paul wrote, “We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you.”
So, the next time you receive a prayer card from UBN, know that God loves you and so do we.
