Arizona Christian University’s most recent American Worldview Inventory report addressed the level of Biblical worldview in eight different categories. For the marketplace, I believe their category, Lifestyles, Behaviors, and Relationships is critical.
Unfortunately, according to the report, only 10% of adults are integrating the Bible into their behaviors and relationships. Our biggest opportunity, however, lies with what the report calls the Emergent Followers.
16% of adults are Emergent Followers who hold some biblical worldview that could become more aligned with some training and encouragement.
In Matthew 5:19, Jesus said, “Whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”
There are likely some in your workplace who could be discipled into becoming fully aligned with God’s Word. Your job is to find and train them.
