Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
Integrity Moments is a 60 second workday devotional that provides business leaders with helpful insight into what the Bible says about our work and how we can fully integrate our faith into our vocational calling.

Teammates avoided Brad. He was known throughout the company as a “striver,” reaching for promotions and fixated on impressing executives. He criticized others’ work and was angry when anyone else advanced. The team diagnosed that Brad acted out of a sense of fear.

2 Kings tells the story of Elisha and his servant surrounded by opposing soldiers. When the servant expressed his fear at the threat, Elisha prayed for God to open the servant’s eyes to the angelic realm outnumbering opponents.

“‘Don’t be afraid,’ the prophet answered. ‘Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.’” (2 Kings 6:16)

As you make decisions today, test whether you are acting out of trust in God, or out of fear. Because people can see that.
