Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx

Leslie was frustrated with her boss. Although he told Leslie privately that she was performing well, that support disappeared whenever another manager questioned Leslie’s work.
Her supervisor failed to defend Leslie and instead deferred to other managers, telling Leslie it is better to “go along to get along.” Although Leslie loved the company and her work, her supervisor’s behavior caused her to disengage out of fear she wouldn’t be supported during crucial moments.
Proverbs 3:27 says, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.”
