Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
Recently, I was a judge in an entrepreneurial pitch event for college students. My job was to listen to six startup business presentations, ask clarifying questions, then, provide feedback or recommendations.
The thought and work of each of these young people was impressive. The event for me was a reminder, however, that the most critical factor in any new business venture is determining if there is a need for your proposed product or service.
Then, to meet that need with a servant’s heart.
1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
My advice for budding entrepreneurs is to find a need to fill, in a field that you know and love.
