A recent article from the Small Business Chronicles states, “cash scarcity is common for small businesses.” Due to capital expenditures, supply chain disruptions, competitive labor costs and more, cash flow in many cases can be lean.
When things get tight, there may be a temptation to withhold paying what is due.
Proverbs 11:24 says, “One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.”
Times of scarcity create opportunities to strengthen our faith and truth muscles. Scarcity in business economics is not the time to forget about God’s economics.
If you find yourself in a tight financial spot, make sure you bring the struggle before the Lord and he will show you how he can work in and through scarce financial times.
